Mrs. Devon Moulton

Education Specialist

Students know me as Mrs. Moulton “Lava”. I have been working as an Education Specialist for the last 4 years servicing the Central Valley. This will be my first year at STREAM!  I am a surviving triplet and grew up in Merced, CA. I attended Fresno State receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. As a college student, I worked as a hospice caregiver and community provider for adults with disabilities. These passions are what made me decide to pursue a teaching credential. I received my Education Specialist credential through the Merced County Office of Education.

I am excited to be teaching in northern California and getting the opportunity to live on the ridge. My husband is a Paradise native and a music teacher so we are blessed to be back supporting the community that helped him thrive and grow!

When I am not working I enjoy doing a variety of things such as reading, woodworking projects, video games, hiking with my husband, fostering animals, attending live music, and just hanging out with my cats at home. I am a huge Oregon Ducks fan and love anything related to unicorns, cats, Zelda, or Japan.

I made the decision to move to the Paradise area as my husband was born and raised there. I started visiting the area in 2015 and immediately fell in love with Paradise, Chico, and Oroville. My first choice was working in Oroville so when STREAM asked me to come onto their team I was blessed! The STREAM family and community here are so positive and inviting.

I am looking forward to supporting teachers, parents, and student needs this school year!
