Families may notice a Housing Questionnaire included in Aeries during the enrollment process. This questionnaire is part of our efforts to identify students who may qualify for additional support through the McKinney-Vento program for children and youth experiencing housing instability.
Completing the questionnaire helps ensure families receive any services and resources they may be eligible for, such as school stability, transportation assistance, and other supports. Information shared is kept confidential and is used only to determine eligibility for services that may benefit students and families.
The Housing Questionnaire (HQ) is available to all families in our school. If you would like a paper copy of the Housing Questionnaire, it is available upon request at the school site.
