Food Services

I was born and raised in Santa Rosa, CA.  After High School, I attended Santa Rosa Junior College and received my Associates of Science in Administration of Justice.  After Transferring to California State University of Sacramento, I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice.  My experience includes working for the Mountain View Police Department and for Santa Rosa Junior College Police Department as a cadet and dispatcher. Internships include Santa Rosa Police Department and the California Highway Patrol

Before coming to STREAM, I worked at the Butte County District Attorney’s Office for 4 ½ years.  Prior to that, I worked for 10 years at Community Action Agency’s Esplanade House which is a transitional shelter program for homeless families with children as an Administrative Assistant.  This position included supervising interns, volunteers, employees, working directly with clients and their children, acting as a facilities manager, apartment manager, assistant to the Program Operations Director and coordinating special events.

I enjoy working with individuals and coordinating programs and events. As a mom of three children between the ages of 13 and 21, I have fun teaching and making events enjoyable for the kids.  In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends and volunteering in my local Church Community.  I have participated in the local Mud Run, completed three Spartans: Sprint, Super and Beast. I enjoy watching Giants games with my hubby, scrapbooking, reading and watching movies.

I look forward to this school year!
