The lottery application period for the 2023 - 2024 school year opens on Tuesday, January 3, 2023, and runs through Friday, March 10, 2023. Applications received during this time will be eligible for our virtual public lottery which will be held on Friday, March 24, 2023. Applicants will be emailed the link the week prior. Siblings of enrolled STREAM students will receive enrollment preference, but applications must be received before the March 10, 2023 deadline to be eligible.  Current STREAM students DO NOT need to reapply. 

 

Applications are available online at www.streamcharterschool.org. 

Confirmation emails will be sent to all applicants within two weeks of submitting their application(s).

 

All Transitional Kindergarten (TK) through 8th Grade students must be current on all required immunizations for their age to attend school. The only exception will be for those with a medical exemption.

 

Admission preferences shall be given to siblings of pupils currently attending STREAM and pupils who reside in the Oroville City Elementary School District, as required by Education Code section 47605(d).

 

Applications received after the lottery application period (January 3 - March 10, 2023) are not eligible for the public lottery. Applications received after the lottery application period (March 11 - December 21, 2023) will be added to the end of the waitlist based on the date and time their application was received
