Updated January 1, 2021

The lottery application period for the 2021 - 2022 school year will open on Monday, January 4, 2021, and run through Friday, March 12, 2021. Applications received during this time will be eligible for our public lottery which will be held on Saturday, March 27. Siblings of enrolled STREAM students will receive enrollment preference, but applications must be received before the March 12 deadline to be eligible.  Current STREAM students DO NOT need to reapply.

Applications are available online at streamcharterschool.org.  Confirmation emails will be sent to all applicants within two weeks of submitting their application(s).

Please note, on June 30, 2015, Governor Brown signed Senate Bill (SB) 277. The new Bill went into effect in January 2016. According to SB 277, parents or guardians of students in any school, whether public or private, will no longer be allowed to submit a personal belief exemption (PBE) to a currently required vaccine.

What does this mean for students at STREAM Charter School? All Transitional Kindergarten (TK) through 8th Grade students must be current on all required immunizations for their age to attend school. The only exception will be for those with a medical exemption.

Admission preferences shall be given to siblings of pupils currently attending STREAM and pupils who reside in the Oroville City Elementary School District, as required by Education Code section 47605(d).

Applications received after the lottery application period are not eligible for the public lottery, and applicants will be added to the end of the waitlist based on the date and time their application was received.
